Fourth Class have been having great fun taking part in maths stations as part of our team-teaching programme. The children rotate through four engaging stations, each designed to build confidence and deepen understanding.
At one station, pupils enjoy interactive Topmarks maths games, practising key skills through playful challenges. With Ms. Dean, students use Unifix cubes to build multiplication arrays and explore related division problems in a hands-on, visual way. Another station focuses on independent problem solving, where children apply their strategies and think creatively. Finally, with Ms. Murtagh, pupils work on matching multiplication and division fact families, helping them see the strong connections between operations.
The stations have been a wonderful way for Fourth Class to learn collaboratively, stay active, and grow their mathematical thinking.
