The children in Ms McGee's class had a special visitor today- author and illustrator Adrienne Geoghegan. Adrienne has over 30 years experience as an artist, illustrator, author and educator. Adrienne's work has appeared in The Guardian, The Irish Times and The Economist, to name a few. Over the next few weeks, Adrienne will return to our classroom where she will be tutoring the children in creating their own books!
The children did such a wonderful job today and their creativity and motivation was clear to see.
